Billing questions
How does the introductory price work?
Your first billing period is charged at the introductory price ($9.99 for 4 weeks, $24.99 for 12 weeks or $39.99 for 24 weeks). After that, your subscription renews automatically at the renewal price ($29.99 every 4 weeks, $89.99 every 12 weeks or $179.99 every 24 weeks) until you cancel.
How do I cancel?
One click: go to scottandmaple.com/cancel (or Account in the app) and press Cancel. You can also use the link in your Paddle receipt or email support@scottandmaple.com. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for, you won't be charged again, and we email you a reminder 3 days before every renewal.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. You can request a full refund within 30 days of your first purchase or of any renewal charge. See our Refund Policy.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Email support@scottandmaple.com and we'll move you to a different plan from your next billing period.
Are taxes included?
Depending on your location, sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout. The final price is always shown before you pay.
Who processes my payment?
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all orders. Paddle handles billing, taxes and payment-related customer service.
